Provide public transportation for the City of Seagoville that will provide to and from transportation outside the City of Seagoville for the public, like the the Dallas area transportation system.

    This initiative would definitely be a benefit to the citizens of Seagoville by allowing those with limited means of transportation the ability to travel to greater distances to doctors appointments and other important appointments.
