The City of Seagoville, (Article 7.04-Peddlers, Solicitors, & Itinerant Vendors), requires solicitors to obtain a solicitor's permit in order to sell or make contact with the citizens within the City. You can obtain a solicitor's permit by visiting the Police Department or download the Solicitors Permit Form
A non-refundable fee of $35 is required at the time you turn in your completed application for processing. A valid state driver's license or identification card is required for all subjects listed on the application. All subjects listed are subject to a background investigation. Approved permits will be valid for 30 days.
You will need to bring your completed and notarized application, along with the proper documentation, to the Seagoville Police Department located at:

Support office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The office is closed on weekends and holidays. Checks should be made out to the City of Seagoville.
