The Department operates with six full-time firefighters per shift. The Fire Department has implemented a Swift-water Rescue Team that consists of a 17-member team. All members are Swiftwater Rescue Technician II certified.

The Seagoville Fire Department contracts with CareFlite to provide Paramedic Ambulance Service.

How We Accomplish Our Mission

This mission is accomplished through fire prevention, investigation, public education, and training efforts as well as by maintaining a quick and effective response for fire suppression, Emergency Medical Services, and other emergency and non-emergency functions.
