The “on-premise sales” of mixed beverages, beer and wine by restaurant food and beverage certificate holders was approved by Seagoville voters during the May 8, 2010 General City Election.

Applying for a Permit


City staff have developed a Mixed Beverage Permit Application Checklist to guide applicants through this process.

Obtaining a Permit


Following a review by designated City Departments, The City Secretary’s Office will issue a City Permit in support of a Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission On-Premise Prequalification Application.
