We have been receiving several queries for Temporary food permits. It’s summertime and all we want is to Go out and eat or Go out and sell food. We want to make sure the Food you are selling is safe for the public. If you are trying to obtain a Temporary Food permit or trying to be a food vendor at the Flea Market, below is the check list that must be fulfilled. Home preparation or storage of food at home is not allowed. Effective immediately Central preparation facility is required for High risk and Medium risk food. Health Department is offering Food Handler Class on May 15th at Seagoville Senior Center.
