Preparations continue for the city election to be held Saturday, May 7th according to City Secretary Dara Crabtree. This year’s ballot will include Councilmembers to represent Place 1, Place 3 and Place 5 along with 19 proposed Charter amendments.
All registered voters in the City of Seagoville will have the opportunity to vote for their respective candidates along with the Charter amendments. Anyone not currently registered to vote has until April 7th to register in order to cast a ballot in the May election. Voter registration cards may be obtained at City Hall. Early voting will be conducted Monday, April 25, 2016 through Tuesday, May 3, 2016.
