You must appear at the court within 15 days after the date you receive the citation. You appearance date is noted on your citation, bond, summons, or release papers. You or your attorney may appear in person in open court, by mail, or you may deliver your plea in person to the court.* A phone call does not constitute an appearance. *Juveniles, persons under the age of 16 at the time of the citation, must enter their appearance in open court with a parent present. * Minors, persons under the age of 21 who received a citation for an alcohol offense or under the age of 18 who received a citation for a tobacco offense, must make their appearance in open court.Municipal Court

You may pay your ticket online or you may deliver your payment in person to the court. Payments cannot be taken over the phone. You may also send a money order or cashiers check payable to the City of Seagoville by certified mail to: 702 N. Highway 175 Seagoville, TX 75159Municipal Court

If you were granted jail time you are responsible for paying an omni fee or $30 per violation for a hold placed on your driver's license. This fee cannot be waived.Municipal Court
