Residential Rates

As of October 1, 2022, a minimum charge of $19.82 for the first 2,000 gallons of water usage related, and $9.53 for each additional 1,000 gallons. Winter-month averaging is used to determine the sewer charge. Each residential customer's average water usage for the months of December, January, February, and March will be computed, using the three (3) months with the least usage, to average and determine customer's billing volume for the twelve-month period beginning with the March billing each year.

Charges for new customers will be based on the city average of 4,500 gallons until an average is established during December, January, February, and March.

Commercial Rates

For commercial customers, the billing volumes are based on actual water usage.
